CREATING A BETTER WORLD USUALLY STARTS WITH YOURSELF.
That’s why we made the commitment to design our home sustainably and to transform the field of our pop-up camping into a small paradise for local fauna and flora.We install nesting boxes and carefully select our plants so that birds, hedgehogs, butterflies, and bees have a safe and natural environment to grow and thrive.
We have a 3,500 m² field next to our home, which we use every year to host our Tomorrowland pop-up camping. Because we want to contribute locally to nature, we have installed several nesting boxes to support native species. From hedgehogs, wild bees and birds to bats — with just a few small adjustments, these animals can thrive much more easily.
We even created special “insect flats,” which are inhabited by several kinds of insects. These structures have also become home to wood mice, and underneath them local salamanders have found shelter. A small ecological paradise within a modest space.
We also support B-Hive, a local organization that installs and maintains beehives throughout the Rupel region. A better world truly starts with yourself, and every little action helps
