


The Customer is requested to accept these Conditions during the purchase process and at the latest when entering into an Agreement with Sunset Paradise Events.
Privacy
Sunset Paradise Events collects your personal data when you purchase any of the products and services we provide or when contacting us while seeking information about our products or services.
Processing of your personal data is necessary for the performance of a contract or on the basis that the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of our Events. These legitimate interests are that the processing of the personal data is necessary for us to be able to identify you as a user on our Websites.
The personal data Sunset Paradise Events collects are:
Nominative Information: Title, first name(s), surname(s). Your nominative details are needed to properly identify you, to communicate with you, and to provide you with the products and services you have requested.
Full postal work and/or private address: The postal address is needed because it helps to correctly verify your identity (where other persons have the same or a similar name).
E-mail address: We only keep your e-mail address if you have provided it via our Websites when you register for a newsletter, for example. Only then will we use it to inform you about our best deals. If you no longer wish to receive e-mails from us, simply send us a message to unsubscribe.
Image rights
By entering the Sunset Paradise Events accommodation areas or partner hotels for Tomorrowland Thailand, each person gives his or her express consent to the fact that he or she may be photographed and filmed (“Recording”) and that these Recordings may be stored and distributed. This includes any film, photography, audio and/or audiovisual transmission or recording.
Therefore, when purchasing Festival Products and/or Services and/or attending any Sunset Paradise Events activities related to Tomorrowland Thailand, you agree to, authorize and grant the right to use of your image, name and voice as part of the Recordings, free of charge and without limitation.
These recordings may be used for publication, transmission, retransmission, reproduction or distribution on TV, internet, streaming, advertising or any other communication channels by the Festival Organiser or by third parties.
The Organiser may also use these recordings to promote and report about Tomorrowland Thailand, to ensure the security of the event and/or to provide them to authorities for the investigation of illegal activities.
No right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is expressly excluded based on Article VI.53, 12° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. This means that you do not have a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days to revoke, cancel or return the purchase of Festival Products and/or Services.
Cancelation and Refund
Travel Packages for Tomorrowland Thailand are non-refundable.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that no refund rights apply in case of cancellation by the customer.
Customers may optionally purchase cancellation insurance with an external provider to cover unforeseen circumstances.
If a customer nevertheless wishes to cancel their order, the request must be submitted in writing to:

• Date of purchase
• Order number
Upon receipt, Sunset Paradise Events may attempt to relist the cancelled package(s) for resale. Resale is not guaranteed and no refund will be made unless the package(s) are successfully resold.
In case of a successful resale, the customer will receive a refund of the package price paid, minus an administrative fee of €120 per package.
Requests that do not contain all required information will be deemed invalid due to insufficient data to identify the order.
All valid requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5 days.
Liability of the organiser
The Organiser shall only be liable for damages directly and exclusively resulting from an error by the Organiser.
Excluded from compensation are damages and losses caused by Force Majeure, consequential damages and damages caused by misconduct, recklessness or serious fault by the damaged party.
Sunset Paradise Events is not liable for damages, theft or accidents involving vehicles or persons inside or outside the chosen accommodation, nor on the festival grounds.
Use of parking areas is always at your own risk.
Please make sure to check your packages carefully. Changes to elements such as transportation, accommodation and/or type of entrance ticket will not be possible after reservation and booking.
Sunset Paradise Events reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time if there are acceptable reasons to do so. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund of the purchase price paid including delivery costs.
If the event is cancelled or postponed, Sunset Paradise Events will notify the buyer. If new tickets are issued for a postponed event, no additional fees will be charged.
Sunset Paradise Events is not responsible for cancellations made by the event organiser.
If events are cancelled or postponed due to Force Majeure, Sunset Paradise Events cannot be held responsible. In such cases, Sunset Paradise Events reserves the right to a three-month cooling-off period to determine the best possible solution.
After this period, Sunset Paradise Events may decide, at its sole discretion, to provide a full refund, a partial refund, a credit voucher, a combination of both, or no refund, depending on the circumstances and the policies applied by suppliers and the festival organiser.
Force of Majeure
Force Majeure means the occurrence of events or circumstances which make performance of obligations impossible, impracticable or unsafe, including but not limited to:
• natural disasters
• accidents
• fires
• strikes
• war or threat of war
• terrorism
• riots or civil disturbances
• government orders or restrictions
• epidemics or pandemics
• technical failures
• travel bans or restrictions
• extreme weather conditions
or any other exceptional and unpredictable event beyond the control of the parties.
Tickets and Bracelets
• Tickets and/or festival bracelets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• In case of loss or theft, tickets or bracelets will not be replaced or refunded.
• Visitors must respect the minimum age requirements set by the festival organiser.
• The organiser or official ticket vendor may verify the identity of visitors when scanning the festival bracelet.
• A valid ID (passport, ID card or driver’s license) may be required. Copies will not be accepted.
• Tickets or bracelets may not be used for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission from the festival organiser.
• Tickets may not be resold without the written consent of the festival organiser or official ticket vendor.
• Changes in the line-up do not entitle visitors to a refund.
Local partner and Third-party Services
Sunset Paradise Events works with local licensed partners in Thailand for the provision of certain services including, but not limited to, accommodation, transportation and local activities.
These services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. Sunset Paradise Events cannot be held responsible for the actions, omissions, delays or service failures of these third-party providers.
Any claims related to accommodation, transportation or local services must be addressed to the respective service provider.
Travel Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements necessary to attend Tomorrowland Thailand, including but not limited to:
• valid passport
• visa requirements
• travel insurance
• health or vaccination requirements (if applicable)
Sunset Paradise Events cannot be held responsible for denied boarding, entry refusal by immigration authorities, or any travel restrictions imposed by governments or airlines.
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Festival Organiser Responsibility
Sunset Paradise Events acts solely as a travel organiser and intermediary for festival packages.
The organisation, production and execution of Tomorrowland Thailand are entirely the responsibility of the official festival organiser.
Sunset Paradise Events cannot be held responsible for:
• changes in the festival programme
• changes in the line-up
• changes in festival dates or location
• cancellation or postponement of the festival by the organiser
In case the festival organiser modifies or cancels the event, Sunset Paradise Events will follow the official policy and instructions provided by the festival organiser.
Applicable law and competent court
These Conditions are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
All disputes shall be settled by the competent court in Antwerp, Belgium, to the exclusion of all other courts.

Other provisions
If any provision of these Conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The invalid provision shall automatically be replaced by a valid provision that is as close as possible to the original intention.
